Meet Phil Michaels
Phil Michaels is a Forbes 30U30 entrepreneur and dual-degree graduate: MBA and MS.
He was a pre-med student in undergrad. And, while working for the NY Yankees team physician, he became a finalist for Shark Tank for a mobile fitness app he cofounded, which led him to pursue entrepreneurship.
While in grad school for business, he founded Tembo Education. Tembo educates 0-6 year old children around the world, via text messages, WhatsApp, & FB messenger.
He has since gone on to become the founding CSO, SVP of Sales, and investor at Volato private jets, the world’s first jet company to offer unlimited hours and days.
With Phil’s diverse experiences, he serves as a performance coach for CEOs at Harvard and MIT, poker players, financial traders, musicians, investors, PhDs, & more.

Every year, I host a BroTreat weekend for my men friends and me to have fun, with purpose. It’s a retreat for men that want a deeper level of challenge, vulnerability, mind expansion, and fun. It’s in a different city every year. Each day has a fitness, fun, and deep inner work (mental reflection/expansion) component.
